Refund Policy

ThreatFinder offers a 7 day free trial during which time we encourage users to fully test the system to be sure it meets the user's need before signing up for the paid subscription.

ThreatFinder at its sole discretion may offer trial extensions if the user needs more time to evaluate the service.

Refunds are not given except when legally mandated.

The subscription service is a month to month contract. The Service can be cancelled at any time. There is no cancellation fee.

If the service is cancelled it won't renew i.e. no further payment will be taken, but services can be used until the renewal date, after which point they will stop. To terminate the services immediately, contact the support team.
